  I made an appointment with Mark at Kitchen Encounters for the following day to come to my house to get estimate on new kitchen. He didn't call and didn't show up at appointed time. The following day he called and said his assistant was supposed to call and tell me he couldn't make it.
  
  Mark made another appointment with me to come to my house. Same exact thing happened. He didn't call and he didn't show up for his appointment.
  
  I would suggest that you choose another company. I have sent two emails to the company website and have not received a response to anything.
