  I have seen some of the terrible reviews about this company, so let me explain something real quick. My boyfriend lives in Elgin and is a plumber in Austin, I live in Temple and Value Rooter was assigned to me. I was reschedule once but that was completely understandable due to an emergency. I didn't get mad because my toilet was stopped up and I know bigger issues occur. With my boyfriend being a plumber- Companies don't know how long each job is going to take, they could go out there thinking one thing and find something much worse going on and now it's a big emergency. I know everyone thinks there problem is the biggest problem which is understandable because it's an inconvenience having something messed up in the home. But cussing and screaming and getting all heated up isn't going to fix the problem. This company did great. The technicians are sweet and not only did they fix the problem quickly but they also explained everything so well. I know nothing about plumbing and they explained it in a way I would understand! Thank you Value Rooter!
